This community was born from a deeper longing — for real sisterhood, embodied leadership, and spaces where women can show up in their fullness.

Here we gather weekly to move, reflect, share, and create.
We meet in the magical Ministry of Magic in Lisbon, surrounded by art & beauty, sauna & cold plunge, and nourishing connection.
This is a space where your intuition becomes your superpower, where you lead from presence, and where your authentic self is celebrated.
This isn’t surface-level networking.
It’s sisterhood with soul.
And once a month, we join forces with the men of the True North Community — because healing, creation, and impact flourish when feminine and masculine leadership walk side by side.

Who is this community for?
This space is for women in Lisbon (and around) who are ready to connect on a deeper level. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, artist, healer, creative, mother, or simply seeking authentic sisterhood — you’re welcome. It’s not about your title, but about your truth.
Do I need to commit long-term?
No. Membership runs month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Many women stay because they feel the magic, but you’re always free to choose.
What if I can’t join every week?
That’s okay. Of course, you’ll get the most transformation by showing up consistently — but life happens, and you’re always welcome whenever you can make it.
What happens at the weekly gatherings?
Each session lasts about 2 hours and combines movement, embodied practices, truth-telling, reflection, and sharing in circle. Before and after the sessions, you can also enjoy the sauna & cold plunge at the Ministry of Magic.
How much does it cost?
The monthly membership is 120€ (30€/session). Your first session is free, so you can feel if this is the right space for you. We have the open house every first Tuesday of the month for you to join & feel the space.
What if I can’t afford it?
Money should never be the reason a woman cannot join. If you’re in a tough financial spot, reach out and we’ll find a way together.
Is this just for women in business?
No. Many women here are entrepreneurs, but the community is open to all women. What matters is your willingness to show up with authenticity and an open heart.
Do you also work with men?
Yes — once a month we collaborate with the True North Men’s Community. We come together for hikes, circles, and co-creative gatherings, because we believe healing and leadership flourish when feminine and masculine walk side by side.
